Rand Chartered Surveyors was founded in 2007 by Andrew Rand. Andrew was soon joined by his brother Nigel Rand as partner and co-director.

Having both practiced exclusively in the private sector since 1988, Nigel and Andrew carry the weight of invaluable experience borne out of experiences in leading multi-disciplinary private surveying firms. Andrew on the Building Surveying side and Nigel on the General Practice side. It is this scenario that compliments and balances Rand surveyors services perfectly and is what sets us apart.
Expansion & Retention.
Our network of clients is ever-expanding and once you are with us, you won't leave us. The majority of our work is in London & the South, although most of our clients have requirements for property advice throughout the UK.
