Pre-acquisition & Due-Diligence
Our pre-acquisition work covers building surveys and due diligence of technical appraisals and construction monitoring of development projects.
Most of our survey work is of commercial properties for investment purposes or for commercial occupational tenants, although we also undertake surveys of higher value residential properties.
We do not carry out valuation work, although we are happy to make onward referral.
Our bespoke reports are tailored to suit the individual requirements of the client, whether a general overview of the principal issues or a detailed report on condition for an occupational client.
Our reports will always include practical advice on the issues at hand including budget costs, statutory requirements such as fire precautions, accessibility, and building regulations.
We will provide an initial overview of mechanical and electrical services installations and arrange specialist advice where appropriate.
