Project Management & Contract Administration
Design, specification, and project management of building works for repair and maintenance, refurbishment, fit-out, and alterations to existing buildings for owners, occupiers, landlords, and tenants.

We will handle drawing production for the detailed design, space planning, and statutory approvals including planning and building regulations.
​
In most cases where we act as a contract administrator, we will also perform the duties of CDM Co-ordinator under the requirements of the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.
