We have been working across the board this past month with a flurry of new instructions. From the handling of lease renewals for a showroom and offices in Clerkenwell to a convenience store in Crouch End. April also took us to the north of England to carry out lease renewals on industrial sheds in Gateshead and Wakefield.
Back in London, we are in the process of carrying out rent reviews for retail units across the city. Namely, Fulham, Chiswick, Kensington High Street, and Edmonton. Alongside this, our team is busy conducting schedules of dilapidations and condition surveys for various properties, such as offices in Kegworth, as well as a medical premises in Edmonton. We have also completed a brace of pre-acquisition surveys for commercial clients and are working on residential and commercial refurbishment schemes in Hertfordshire and Suffolk. We are also doing some local work close to our Bishops Stortford offices on some industrial sheds in Harlow and business units in Stansted.
